If your travel router shows "No Internet", it may be due to:
- Weak cellular LTE connectivity
- APN configuration issues
- A faulty eSIM
Fixes
- Reboot the router and wait 5-10 minutes.
- If the issue persists, connect your travel router (left larger USB-A port) to your Glacier Guardian device (iPhone or Android). This enables automatic tethering.
- Once online, Glacier Support can remotely access the router to troubleshoot, check logs, and install additional eSIMs.
