Overview

Glacier Threat Protection enhances your device security by enforcing advanced mobile security policies. Your Glacier admin provides a QR code, which you must install on your iPhone.

Follow the steps below to scan, download, and install the profile to activate Glacier Threat Protection.

Step 1: Scan the QR Code

1. Open your iPhone camera or a QR scanning app.
2. Point the camera at the QR code provided by your Glacier admin.
3. Tap the pop-up link that appears at the top of your screen.

Step 2: Download the Configuration Profile

1. The link will open in Safari and prompt you to download the profile.
2. Tap "Allow" when asked if you want to download the configuration file.
3. You will see a notification:
   • “Profile Downloaded”

Step 3: Install the Profile in Settings

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap “Profile Downloaded” at the top.
3. Tap “Install” in the top right corner.
4. Enter your device passcode, if prompted.
5. Tap "Install" again on the warning screen.
