1. Open Glacier Chat
2. Tap the Menu
3. Tap Security Hub
4. Tap Glacier DNS
5. Tap Configure
6. Follow the steps in the app that are specific to your device type

iOS

Set DNS to Automatic when connecting to Wi-Fi networks with captive portals (like airports or hotels). Once connected, you can re-enable Threat Protection by selecting Glacier.

1. Scan the QR code or tap the link that was provided by your organization admin
2. Open the Settings app
3. Tap Profile Downloaded
4. Tap Install in the upper-right corner, and follow the onscreen instructions
5. Open the Settings app
6. Tap Profile Downloaded
7. Tap Install in the upper-right corner, and follow the onscreen instructions
8. Confirm “Glacier” is selected under Apple Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > DNS.
