Sending Messages

1. In Glacier, either
   1. Select an active conversation by tapping on it from the main chats screen, or
   2. Tap the message icon in the lower right corner to view your Glacier contact list, and then select a contact to start a conversation.
2. Tap the text input field at the bottom.
3. Type your message or attach a file or media using the icons at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap the send icon.

Sending Media or Other Attachments

To send media, a file, or your location to a contact, use the options bar at the bottom of the Glacier Chat window.  The arrow on the right of the options bar displays additional options.  The options bar includes icons for the following:

• Take a picture with the camera and send it (camera icon)
• Attach a picture to send (landscape icon)
• Attach a file to send (paper icon)
• Take a video with the camera and send it (video camera icon)
• Send your location (compass icon)
• Record and send a voice memo (microphone icon)

Correcting a Specific Message

In Android, you can edit the last message you sent if you wish to correct something.

1. Within the conversation, long-Press on the message until the menu options appear.
2. Select "Correct message" from the menu options to edit the message.
