To see your contacts, tap the message icon in the lower right corner of the main Chats screen.

Contact Details

In Android you are able to view certain details about your contacts, including display name, username, status, mutual teams, and media shared in the chat.

There are three different ways to see a contact's details:

1. On the Contacts list shown when you tap the New message button on the main Chat screen:
   1. Long-press on the desired contact’s display name
   2. Select "View Contact Details"
2. From within a one-to-one Chat, click on the contact's name at the top of the chat screen.
3. From within a Group chat:
   1. Click on the group name at the top of the chat screen
   2. Click on "View Participants"
   3. Long-press on the desired user’s display name
   4. Select "View Contact Details"

From the Contact Details screen, you can also assign a custom nickname for a contact, which only you will see. To do this:

1. Tap the pencil in the top right corner
2. Enter a new display name for this contact, and then tap "Accept".
